Primary objective is to Manage Projects during the Development Phase in Passenger Car Segment.
- Responsible for Project execution and delivery within boundary conditions of Specification, Cost, and Timelines. Need-based escalation to management.
- Act as Project Lead for the system comprising of Various components and Liaison with respective product team (Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain)
- Consolidate, report and manage OEM data – Volume Planning Prognostics & short-medium Term Forecast
- Engineering Change Management
- Product Lifecycle management including end of Supplies and End of Production agreements.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
Relevant Experience
- 4 to 6 years of experience within Bosch with cross-functional exposure in Sales and/or Project Management of which 2-3 Years of Experience in Customer facing Role preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of working principles of Automotive, Mainly Passenger Car applications.
- Good knowledge of Gasoline & CNG Powertrain & eco-systems.
- Broad Knowledge on Automotive Engine Management Systems and components.
- Good interpersonal skills, Good analytical skills, and Commercial acumen.
- Customer Focus, Team player, Results Orientation
- Good presentation, communication and Networking skills desired.
