Position – Senior Engineer- Application Engineering

Job description

• Must have good experience & knowledge of CAD Design software, CATIA V5/ UGNX.
• Should have knowledge of DFM, DFA, Stack up, GD&T
• Good knowledge of automotive parts product Design. Passenger/CV, Petrol/Diesel application preferred.
• Should have experience in designing complex products, castings, sheet metal parts, plastics.
• Experience of BOM creation, release, and management on SAP PLM
• Knowledge of emission systems, regulations will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CAE, CFD Vibration & Fatigue.
• Basic knowledge of Engines & Thermodynamics.
• Exposure in Testing, Validation & Proto Manufacturing
• Basic Knowledge of APQP, Project Management

Automotive/ Manufacturing / Air Conditioning System in OEM

Qualification Essential

• BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile)

Knowledge Essential

• CAD software CATIA V5, UGNX
• Powertrain, Emission technologies
• Customer Handling
• Time Management, Teamwork & Good Communication Skills
• Knowledge Desirable
• Knowledge of Quality improvement tools.
• ISO/TS/OSHAS
• Follow and practice safety and environmental policies and procedures.
