Job description
Position : Assistant Manager- SQA/ SDE
Reports To : Manager-SQA/ SDE
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :
- Having good knowledge of IATF 16949 to implement requirements at supplier end.
- Hands on experience of developing Stamping, Machining and Casting parts.
- Experience of new program launches and execute program as per APQP requirement to keeping in mind the techno-commercial aspects.
- Having good knowledge of PFMEA, PPAP documents and audit, MSA, SPC and Quality Tools.
- Good capability to solve the problem by using 8D and 7QC tools.
- Having good drawing readability and understand on GD&T to have inspection accordingly.
- Having experience of supplier audited as per ISO/TS guideline, supplier quality system upgradation, monitoring supplier performance, close 8D as per predefined timeline, ECN implementation at supplier end.
- Provide technical guidance to the vendor team, guide them on resolve the quality issues, manage the kaizen activities and review process for VA/VE at supplier to increase productivity.
- Follow and practice safety and environmental policies and procedure
Experience :
- At least 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing operation i.e. stamping, machining, Aluminium casting (GDC & PDC).
Industry Preferred :
Automotive/ Manufacturing
