  • Languages required – English, Hindi
  • Designation – Customer Service Executive – Inbound Voice Process
  • The Job requires interacting with customers over calls to ensure all issues are resolved to customer’s satisfaction.
  • Job requires you to understand the customer’s problem accurately, follow the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers.
  • Candidate possesses good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must be a Team Player.
  • Have a good attitude – Should be committed to the work.

Shift Timings:
06:00 AM – 03:00 PM
02:00 PM – 11:00PM

Education – Any(10+2, Diploma, Degree, PG)

Work Location Post Lockdown:

Age Limit:18-30 years

Job would be on Contractual Basis for 3 months then we would take you on-roll, based on your stability & performance.

Salary – Slab 12200+1220 TDS for fresher & upto 13800+1380 TDS for experienced.
