Job Description

The role is to manage projects related to capacity planning, New technology, and process-related cost saving throughout the organization. She/ he coordinates and/or undertakes all stages of the projects, from initiation to execution to tracking pertaining to manufacturing process change, and support the execution across Cello

Qualifications

BE/BTech/Diploma in Industrial/Mechanical / Plastics/ Polymer

• 5-10 years in total in manufacturing positions
• 3-5 years in industrial manufacturing projects
• As the position holder is the front runner of the Industrial projects, he/she should possess a solid skills background including engineering, process, planning, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, business understanding, critical/analytical thinking, and decision making. He / She understands and enforces professional responsibility, influences, and inspires the project team. Understands both technical, financial, and professional angles and has the role to direct team members on the best approach to take. He / She is highly focused on the objectives and goals of the company and pursues them on a constant basis. He / She exhibits good crisis and change management skills to handle pressure from project and culture challenges
