• Person should have a minimum 4-year experience of the maintenance of packing equipment’s like Blister Machine, carbonator, Labelling Machine, PCR machine.
• A person should maintain a documentation system that is in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) norms.
• Person should have maintained spare required for replacement in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM).
• Aware of the quality Management system
• To ensure availability and reliability of all Packing equipment’s by monitoring and controlling of electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
• To ensure that all the Packing equipment complies with modes related to safety and quality.
• To provide technical guidance and training to technician for improvement in technical competency and reduction in breakdowns.
• To ensure stock of recommended spares, consumables for critical equipment’s are maintained as per requirement.
• Work collaboratively, negotiate, and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the engineering strategy.
• Able to take care of any additional activity given by superior as & when required.
• A person should be able to effectively utilize manpower.
• A person should have effective management skills in different maintenance work during shift.
