Job description

Objectives of the Position

Responsible for Technical, Quality, and cost-effective manufacturing of Cellasto operations in the shifts. It also involves plant and process safety, Health and Environmental activities related to the plant and personnel working in the plant.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Related to Production:

• Follow the instructions of a shift in charge in the shifts.
• Coordinate and manage production in shift with consistent quality as per the target.
• Implement the Safety, Health, and Environment system of the plant concerning man and equipment.
• Continuous improvement of plant in coordination with the shift in charge to reduce rejection, increase in yields, increase operational ease and ultimately lead to cost-effective production.
• Monitor all plant production and processing equipment.
• Follow the implemented standards and procedures: ISO9001/ ISO140001/I IATF 16949: 2016/ISO 50001/5S.
• Maintain records and logbooks of everyday readings.

RCMS Responsibility:

• Undertake all RC training required by the job.
• Assist fellow workers in RC implementation and ensure they understand and observe all RC rules and regulations pertaining to their job.
• Ensure that any item is safe for use and follow MSDS guidelines to handle all hazardous substances.
• Adherence to the PPE usage by self and plant personnel, ensure work permit system is properly followed in the shifts.
• Report and inform all injuries, near misses, unsafe conditions or practices and exposures to any hazardous substances.
• Ensure 5s and hygrines maintained in the respective area.
• Perform the role as defined in On-site Emergency Plan to mitigate the emergencies.

Job Requirements

• Education : ITI (Fitters) / Diploma Mechanical
• Working Experience: 2-8 yrs.
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Chemical Process/ Machine operating
