Hands on experience in Project Engineering and Delivery management of projects in O&G, Advanced Tech, Food, Bev, Pharma and other process industries

Program Management and overall utilization of the team.
Lead professionals to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
Utilize experience and expertise to solve problems, provide interventions, and execute objectives to help the team succeed.
Effective in communication in terms of understanding the scenarios reflect learning to facilitate communication and alignment amongst key stakeholders.
Work closely with the Leadership team and Practice Head to plan & accomplish the organizational vision.
Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
