Job Role: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (L3) R & D-Proto shop
Educational Qualification:
- Mechanical Engineering with 5+ Years’ Experience in Maintenance, Preferably in Automobile / Auto Ancillary industry having thorough Knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance of GPM’s SPM’s, CNC, Foundry equipment’s, RP cell, Heat Treatment, Welding machine , Pumps repairs, Material handling equipment’s, Test Equipments.
Upper Age Limit: 35 Yrs.
Job Profile:-
- Responsible for resolving breakdown of GPM’s SPM’s CNC Machines, Test Equipment’s.
- Responsible for resolving breakdown of Welding machines, Press
- Responsible for resolving breakdown of Foundry Equipment’s, RP cell machines.
- Responsible for resolving breakdown of Heat Treatment furnaces
- Responsible for resolving breakdown of Pumps repairs, Material handling equipment’s, Air compressor.
- Responsible for preparing and executing Preventive Maintenance of machine as per A B C categories
- Responsible for Kaizens to reduce mean time to repair and to increase mean time between failure
- Shifting, installations and commissioning of existing and new machines.
- Should have experience supported by strong decisive capability in manpower management and ensure minimum down time of machines
Technical Competencies:-
- Should be well versed with root cause analysis of breakdown
- Step by step action plan to resolve the breakdown
- Should be well versed with drawing reading( hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits )
- Exposure to Mechatronics.
- Should be well versed with proper spare parts management
Behavioural Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills; high degree of initiative
- Effective communication skills & Teamwork
- Abide by company policies and follow shift schedule.
