Position – Senior Executive – Motor OD Claims

Job Description
- Responsible for Daily settlement & TAT –
- Monitor team performance (SOP).
- Grievance handling
- Approval of claims at Hub level, within allotted limit.
- Review and referral of high value/cash loss/NOS claims to higher authorities for approval.
- Review of aging claims and to control outstanding claim count .
- Analysis of MISin regular intervals and communicate the status to the team.
- Communicates with customers, team and channel partners in a professional, positive and proactive manner.
- Identify the requirements with in team and to give feedback to AMC

Skills Required – Motor Claims
Education/Qualification – B.E. (Mechanical)/ Diploma, Automobile
Desirable Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible & adaptable to change.
- Well versed with MS Office.
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills. “
