• Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
• According to Weekly plan prepare Route card for all manufacturing items.

Job description

1. Preparing and presenting mechanical designs at design reviews. Ensures design files and information are kept up to date, and stored in accordance with departmental procedures.
2. Release Process Sheets Identify The Customer Drawing Tolerances And Manufacturing Possibility.
3. Process Models, Preparing APQP Documents (Rail, pra,rts,pfmea,ccm, Etc.) Customer Drawings
4. Before Modelling Identify The Number Operation And Number Of Fixtures And Any Special Tool Required Or Not.

Designing the Part.

• Modelling.
• Process Divideding.
• Drafting.
• Assembling.
• Fixture Design.
• Special Tools Design, Etc., preparing with in time.
• Proving FAI Part Process.

7. Responsible for managing the Surface Treatment department.
8. Ensuring all the systems & documentation as per AS-9100, NADCAP, EMS, OHSAS, ISMS, TPM & TOC are followed in the department.
9. Responsible for facing the NADCAP audit & maintaining merit always.
10. Responsible for establishing new processes, facilities & making procedures, Data Cards on a regular basis based on new projects.
11. Read & understand customer standards and meet all the requirements.
12. Ensuring zero backlog jobs for pending processes and run the department on line.
13. Make or outsource decisions based on load and capability conditions from time to time.
14. Achieving all the improvement goals and cost reduction targets given by Top Management.
15. Supporting all CSR Activities given by corporate to meet the targets.
16. Responsible for monitoring all consumables live which is having shelf life and proper disposition of expired consumables.
17. Responsible to adhere to all Legal and Environmental Norms set by Government.
18. Monitoring all the assets & resources with high efficiency.
19. Responsible to adhere to zero-defect in ST processes. If any defect occurred, responsible for making CAPA and rectifying the problem.

21. Ensuring calibration of all instruments, facilities all the time.
22. Coordination with internal & external customers to clear the jobs & approval of new process on time.
23. Ensuring world-class housekeeping & safety followed in the department.
24. Encouraging the team to participate in various Safety activities, competition, etc. to keep the department live.
25. Driving management programs to meet the targets.
26. Training & development of sub-ordinates to continuously improve the skills to avoid dependency.
27. Ensuring online documentation regularly updated and only the latest document available online.
28. Ensuring all bath analysis & Quality checks done regularly and all records available.
29. Introducing low-cost automation to improve the productivity.
30. Regular updation of NADCAP notifications and implement the same on to the system.
31. Ensuring all day to day activities & filling of data cards done regularly as per NADCAP.
32. Responsible for zero System & Production NC from Internal & External Customers.
33. Support TOC targets on day to day basis.
