Position – Sr Officer Production

Exp. – 3 to 8 years
Location – Navi Mumbai, Mumbai

Maintain the records machine wise.
To take follow up from the team & give support if required.
To maintain the records machine wise
Suggest improvements for desired productivity per person.
To discuss with the team members for better involvement.
To analyse & develop operators & supervisor as per ability & will.
Giving trainings related to system improvements & 5 S Methodology
To keep every team member very focussed to his targets by proper trainings
Trying to keep every team member motivated at all time.
To deal with labour contractor when require.
To utilise available resources effectively like manpower, machines etc.
Monitoring inventory of Raw Material & Packaging Material as Bulk, Laminate, Barcode ribbon, transparent polybag etc
Keeping Daily tracks of the available stock level.
Maintaining the Quality & Operations Log Sheet need as per the Requirement.
Record the Down Time & work towards reducing it
To make team aware about safety procedures & its importance.

Education- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical/ B.E (Mechanical or Electrical)
