Your mission

To prepare, maintain and develop troubleshooting guides of Atlas Copco and multi-brands brands.

The role

The main responsibilities of the Sr. Project Engineer / Project Engineer for technical documentation Team in GECIA would be:

To Analyse the given technical information from field service
Editing for an artificial intelligence-based application to apply
Follow the flow process for approval of troubleshooting guides.
To ensure the timely delivery of the high-quality designs and drawings in the field of Compressors products manufactured at different divisions of Atlas Copco around the world.
You will be working at the Global Engineering Centre of Atlas Copco in the technical documentation team and work independently on following:
- To work on finalizing the troubleshooting guide for Atlas Copco group products.
- To ensure and prepare required steps to complete the scope requirement.
- check and publish the document generated as troubleshooting guide for product.
- You will handle Project and interact with global TRAX responsible, product specialist and service engineers to present & discuss the proposed steps of troubleshooting guide.

Educational requirements

Experience requirements

Knowledge of handling online help program for product service
Knowledge of optimizing technical content
Knowledge of service/field requirements
Ability to be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a global team environment.
Ability to interact with different business groups and scope documentation assignments.
Precise documentation and clear communication skills.
Fluency in written / verbal English.
