Position – Sr. Service Engineer/Sr. Service Specialist

Job description
We are looking for a Service/Sr. Service Engineer at Ranchi to manage/attend Service Calls/ Customer & product complain/warranty failures for whole Power Technique range of products. He Will be responsible for spare parts order booking, sales & collection for JH. Involves –
- Achieving On time completion of Service issues.
- Achieving the budgeted Spares Order Booking and Sales targets
- Handling & managing distributor’s Service Engineers.
- Technical support to distributor’s & Customer’s Service engineers
- Team management – guidance and planning for spares requirement with good forecast for dealers.
- Ensure sufficient inventory for Spares at Distributor end. Capable of independently handling Spare parts / Service Quotes.
- Capable of conducting in house training for our key customers and distributors
- Will ensure customer satisfaction is increasing YOY
- Coordinate with HO for reducing escapes
- Ability to meet targets for Spares Order Bookings & On time completion of Service Issues.
- Always Ready to gain Knowledge of products and channel dynamics
- Ability to Handle / Deliver under pressure
- Computer Skills – E-mails, MS Office must.
- Interpersonal skills – Approach to Customers professionally.
- Good communication – Writing & Spoken communication in English.
- Work requires willingness to travel in all modes at all times.
- Creativity / Innovative Ideas to resolve issues for satisfying Customers.
- Eye for in depth detail / Root Cause and positive attitude for resolving
- B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical engineering is must
- A Minimum of 8 year’s experience in service or aftersales in Compressor/Heavy Earth Moving/Engine/Construction Industries.
