Job description
Candidate Profile:-
- B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) – First Class Graduates, i.e. candidates should have scored at least 60% marks in their graduation.
- Strong communication skills.
- The age should be less than 29 years.
- Computer literate (knowledge of Dos, Word, Excel).
- Field Experience (1 to 3 years) is preferred / Competent fresher can also be considered.
- Ready to handle a team of Off role employees & travel across entire division.
Role Description:-
- Responsible for dealing in mechanized tools for painting & associated services, monitoring the performance of other service providers and constantly providing innovative suggestions for improving this service.
- Responsible for driving new product launches & training frontline workforce about different products and ensuring quality output from them.
- He would be acting through a set of agencies who would be doing the specific activities. He would be setting up systems, developing service agencies, monitoring servicing, coordinating installations, and conducting periodic audits.
- Providing inputs to R&D Team for improvement of products, studying about the products launched by the competitors in the market & benchmarking as well.
