Job description

  • Generate the committed revenues in the quarter and year.
  • Quickly adapt to various processes like the sales process, MEDDIC, Account Development territory planning, forecasting & customer onboarding.
  • Position ANSYS messaging with the customer base in Bengaluru A&D.
  • Develop customer relationships in Bengaluru A&D.
  • Position and communicate ANSYS value to the customer-owners – covering Directors Project Directors, technical & operational managers & end-users.
  • Coordinate delivery, installation, training of ANSYS solution as per customer order
  • Collect the due payment within the time directly and indirectly.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree / Bachelor’s/ Masters in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
  • 8 – 10 years of quota carrying sales experience in selling high-value software solutions, with a track record of achieving sales goals in a consistent manner
  • A&D experience in Bengaluru and understanding of Decision Process.
  • Ability to manage large accounts and close complex large value deals.
  • Engineering Simulation/ PLM /Business Software sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and team skills; committed to learning
  • Proficient with office productivity and presentation tools
  • Ability to travel at least 70% of the time.
  • Ability to develop and handle Partner ecosystems
  • Excellent communication skills
