Job description
- Generate the committed revenues in the quarter and year.
- Quickly adapt to various processes like the sales process, MEDDIC, Account Development territory planning, forecasting & customer onboarding.
- Position ANSYS messaging with the customer base in Bengaluru A&D.
- Develop customer relationships in Bengaluru A&D.
- Position and communicate ANSYS value to the customer-owners – covering Directors Project Directors, technical & operational managers & end-users.
- Coordinate delivery, installation, training of ANSYS solution as per customer order
- Collect the due payment within the time directly and indirectly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree / Bachelor’s/ Masters in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
- 8 – 10 years of quota carrying sales experience in selling high-value software solutions, with a track record of achieving sales goals in a consistent manner
- A&D experience in Bengaluru and understanding of Decision Process.
- Ability to manage large accounts and close complex large value deals.
- Engineering Simulation/ PLM /Business Software sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and team skills; committed to learning
- Proficient with office productivity and presentation tools
- Ability to travel at least 70% of the time.
- Ability to develop and handle Partner ecosystems
