Position – AREA SALES MANAGER – PROFESSIONAL LIGHTING
Exp. – 10 to 12 Years
Location – Mumbai
Salary – INR 15,00,000 to 17,00,000 PA.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Area Sales Manager will be responsible to Achieve Pre-agreed Sales Targets, and to maintain Relationship with Customers, Dealers, Electrical Contractors, Architects, Interior designers, Consultants within an assigned territory.
- Responsible for Sales & Growth of Professional Lighting business in a defined region with assigned team members. Team size would be 6-8 members.
- Appointment / Rationalizing of project dealers as per business plan within an assigned region.
- Build relationship with Customers, Project partners, Contractors, Architects, Builders, consultants and other industry experts and stakeholders to have better visibility on projects and placement of our brands.
- Collaboration with internal business units and functions for smooth flow of information and to increase effectiveness in the operations.
- Identification of key business growth areas.
- Responsible for conducting user engagement meets and training program for relevant stakeholders.
- Competition tracking and documentation.
- Drive to place new products strategically in the assigned market in alignment with organisational marketing plans.
- Monitoring monthly performance of sales team and dealers, as well as review on SOW extraction plan.
- Commercial Lighting Industrial Lighting, Outdoor Lighting, , Retail and Hospitality Lighting
- Electrical Market Knowledge
