Position – Engineer Procurement

Job description
- Responsible for procurement activities related to the site and ensuring QCD performance of suppliers
- Responsible for PO placing and on-time delivery of parts to production.
- Coordinating suppliers for providing components at the right time to the site for all the projects.
- Freezing Frozen period with Suppliers
- Ensure right Inco terms/MOQ as per the requirement of the project
- Implementation of CONQ (Cost of poor quality)
- Responsible for Inventory cost within Budget
- Supplier QCD performance monitoring.
- Optimum Inventory of the parts handled
- Supplier OTIF Management
- Procurement Centre Dashboard Monitoring
- APSYS Mandatory level to be achieved as part procurement.
- Ensure compliance on Supply chain requirements
- Missing part management to reduce line stoppage.
Qualifications & Skills
- BE/ BTech in Mechanical or Electrical
- IT Skills: SAP / MS Excel
- Ability to summarize and focus on the critical issues
- Good Communication skills
- Multi-cultural Management Teamwork and Customer-oriented
- Data-driven and courageous
- 5 to 7 years of Experience in purchasing the domain
- Knowledge of Supplier handling and procurement process
- Ability to deal quickly and effectively with a variety of topics
