- Good knowledge and experience of using Creo modeling- family tables, Pro Program, Mechanisms Drawing creation
- Experience in new product development process, electromechanical background, and basic FEA knowledge a plus
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Must be able to work on their feet, quickly assess a problem, and work in a structured manner to develop solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Expected to maintain a close, working partnership with other functional departments
- Good working knowledge of PPAP, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and other product development-associated techniques and tools
- Good knowledge of different manufacturing processes
