Responsible for input to global product plans to secure future products being fit for India and India demands.
Identify gaps in local product portfolio and make a feasibility study for development plans
Review and analyze the competitiveness of product range from a standpoint of customer needs.
Owner of local portfolio roadmap as part of the global road map
Translate market and customer demands to our offerings of HFH products and services.
Drive and execute the internal launch to the SCs who thereafter are responsible to launch the products into the market.
Review, analyze and propose the local LPL pricing for complete product range based on market conditions.
Support implementation of MRS file for local products and participate in the governance process driven from central BU.
Secure implementation of local pricing structure within global guidelines.
Give input to central forecast process.
Optimisations and outphasing of products
Responsible to collect market input on the global and local competitors in India

Graduate Engineer from mechanical engineering/ industrial engineering from reputed class 1 institute. Diploma in Marketing and or Supply Chain

Minimum 5 years of overall experience in the relevant industry. Background in industrial engineering is okay.
Exposure to sales, sales support or technical support for HFH products is preferred.
Multinational company experience is preferred
Experience in Pumps, Valves & Automation, IML, Tank Cleaning, Mixing & Blending products
