A P&A Engineer is a key technical advisor and product advocate to actively drives and manages the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
The person would be closely working with Water and Waste Water under BU Decanter. Additional knowledge of food decanters will be an advantage. Candidate must have experience in separation technologies like Decanter, Thickening, Belt press etc. Apart from Product knowledge application knowledge in wastewater (Municipal and Industrial) will be an added advantage,

You have a strong service culture. You are motivated by customer relations, results, and continuous improvement, and have excellent people and communication skills.
Job Description
- Work with existing relations or in products and in what is generated by sales team
- Lead the technical part of a customer requests making visits (physically or virtually), meetings, and interactions to customers, focusing on product presentations to offer a customized value proposition to the customer.
- Lead and Support in the quotation process in a customer project.
- Run virtual meetings, virtual seminars, and webinars to increase awareness of AL products and services
- Be a product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives.
- Be a local trainer for a specific product and application: Define and deliver local training programs for the AL employees, channels, and customers.
- Use the One CRM tool and other tools consistently and qualitatively, to support the sales process and make decisions
- Responsible for ensuring business principles and governance are adhered to within the area of responsibility
Knowledge
- Technical knowledge. Product knowledge and deep understanding of the customer process and applications; Competent in various separation processes and products.
- Digital communication. Express (written & verbal) in an appealing way: personal (authentic), concise, relevant. Use active listening. Have
- a social media active profile and use digital channels to increase network and secure presence
- Digital customer support interaction: Proactive, Service minded, strong in customer care and takes quick actions
- Facilitation skills: Ability to train and coach others on P&A certifications,
Qualification & Experience
- Mechanical or Chemical engineering graduate with up to 5 years of working experience in a similar position and up to 10 years of total experience
