Position – Plant Maintenance Engineer- Jr. Executive

Location – Karakhadi, Vadodara
Salary – INR 3,00,000 PA.

The responsibility of the person to be selected will need to have the following dimensions.

Prepare drawings related to facility, equipment, utility, HVAC, electrical, and execution of the same.
Prepare and review of SOP and protocol of engineering department and cross-functional department.
Coordination with a vendor, consultant, and inter-department for timely execution of project work/ modification/qualification and up-gradation work.
To perform the FAT for plant equipment and utility equipment.
To ensure that cGMP/GEP/GDP practices being followed in the respective work areas and participate in productivity/cost/quality improvement proposals.
Fulfill the necessary statutory requirements related to equipment.
Responsible for day to day maintenance activities and update records and reports of the cGMP documents.
Co-ordinate with the cross-functional team for all kind of maintenance and documents work.
To provide training to team members as and when required.
To prepare revenue and CAPEX budget for the engineering department with effective analysis and control.
To prepare for Risk assessment, cGMP impact assessment related to equipment, instrument, and utilities.
To co-ordinate with the concern department for execution of equipment qualification.

Education – ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical

The responsibility of the person to be selected will need to have the following dimensions

Responsible for installation, operation and maintenance of HVAC, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration System.
Review of layouts and drawings related to HVAC, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration System.
Preparation of URS for HVAC, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration System.
Co-ordination of qualification and requalification activities and documentation of HVAC, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems.
Co-ordinate with vendor, consultant and inter departments for timely execution of project work related to HVAC, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration System.
To follow cGMP/GDP/GEP practices.
Support for installation, operation and maintenance of black and clean utilities.

Education – ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical

The responsibility of the person to be selected will need to have the following dimensions

Responsible for Day to day Maintenance/calibration activities.
Carry out in house calibration as per respective calibration SOP.
Co-ordinate with production & external agency for preventive and calibration activity.
To participate in various activities related to project work/ modification/ qualification/Calibration and up-gradation work.
Give technical support to the vendor/validation team for the timely execution of installation and validation activities.
Responsible for Day to day Maintenance/calibration activities and update records and reports of the cGMP documents.
Adherence to calibration and preventive maintenance schedule.
To ensure cGMP/ GDP/ GEP compliance at the workplace.

Qualification – Diploma Engineering/ ITI in Mechanical

Experience – 02 to 10 years of experience in Formulation Manufacturing Injectable Plant
