Job Description and Qualifications
- JOB PURPOSE:
The graphics operator is responsible for the electronic drafting of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for Air Products Operations and Engineering organizations with the guidance under the Graphics Engineer
- DIMENSIONS:
The work is all 2D drafting, typically working from hand mark-ups from the Process and Process Systems engineers.
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Able to understand Flowsheets such as PFDs and PIDs and closely working with Senior Designers.
- Academic Qualifications:
Diploma engineer in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 75% Marks.
- Computer Knowledge:
- Able to work in Windows Operating systems and familiar with MS office tools.
- Having Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
