Positon – Senior Engineer CAD Mechanical

Job description

Designs Agilent products and specifies the components that make up the products. Designs and develops products, processes, systems, services or scientific applications using broad engineering concepts and research techniques. Documents research and design specifications. Facilitates transition of product design and enhancement to full production/delivery.
Creation and maintenance of best in class component libraries for Mechanical & electronic components which includes 2D, 3D & IDF model generation.
Support the creation of CAD library 3D model, PCB I/F (IDF), 2D specs drawing.
CAD data modifications to suit changes in standards and customer specifications.
Working and reporting as per assigned project or Process schedules.
Follow the standards process and procedure define by the design team.
Handling several moderately complex projects task at one time.
Follow in house Engineering practices, standards & procedures.
Assist team of electronic and Mechanical design team with the design and development of Printed Circuit Design (PCD) layouts and Mechanical Assemblies using state of art CAD equipment.
Open to work on Cross function (ECAD & MCAD)
Assist in establishment of design standards, procedures and routines.
Technical representative in engineering forums as required.
Audit compliant

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
4-6 years of practical experience including at least 2 years in a similar environment.
