Core Responsibilities

1. Advanced Design & Analysis: Spearhead finite element analysis (FEA) for pressurized aerospace components using ANSYS, HyperMesh, and Unigraphics to optimize performance in high-vibration environments.
2. NPI/NTI Program Leadership: Execute New Product/Technology Introduction projects aligned with TRL/MRL guidelines, ensuring compliance with FAA/EASA certification standards.
3. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with global teams to resolve technical challenges, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and reliability.
4. Concept Validation: Design and validate theoretical models through computational simulations, structural-static/dynamic testing, and thermal analysis for next-gen aircraft engines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent with 2–5 years experience in gas turbine component design).
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in FEA tools (ANSYS, HyperMesh), CAD software (Unigraphics), and knowledge of aircraft engine external certification.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities for remote collaboration in agile engineering environments.
• Preferred: Exposure to engine testing, data correlation, and Lean Six Sigma certification.
