Minimum Qualification
DIPLOMA/BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering
Job Title – PF Mech 1 (Raw Mill)
Responsible for
- Maintenance of Raw Mill (Make- Loesche, Atox, Polysisus), LS extraction, Belt Conveyor, Weigh feeder, Chain Conveyors, Elevators, Air Slides, Bag house, RAL’s, etc.
- Troubleshooting of equipment, RCFA of breakdown.
- Shutdown planning and resource coordinating
- Inspection of equipment, identification of abnormalities, and completion of same on time.
- Manpower planning and development
- Spare part PR creation and follow up for material ordering and services ordering
- Adherence to daily/weekly/Monthly checklists and compiling them for actions.
- Safety compliance and acquaintance with My Setu
- Knowing SAP for day-to-day PM and MM-related activities
Qualification
- B Tech Mechanical
Experience (Min & Max)
- 3-8 Years
Mandatory Skills
- Microsoft Excel, SAP, Comfortable working with soft kills and different apps of UTCL.
- Experience in Cement plant (Preferable VRM experience)
Additional information, if any,
Would be preferred if have hydraulics-related work experience and skills
