Job Description:

Manpower planning and distribution of employees/workers to various functions.
Monitoring and controlling mechanical-related control parameters.
Day-wise Maintenance plan compliance.
Execution of PM maintenance plan.
Monitoring and maintenance of mechanical machine/Equipment.
Ensuring the safety of the employees in the mechanical maintenance Dept.
Updating Risk register and work instructions.
To maintain all data records of breakdown & maintenance jobs & prepare MTTR & MTBF.
Overall water management of the plant.
Following 5S /TPM & Safety
Performing housekeeping functions regularly
Raising PRS, SRS, and tracking and follow-up for consumables
Quality control clearance of incoming spares & consumable

Diploma in Mech. Engg.

Minimum Experience Level: 3-8 Years
