Job Description:
JD-
- Manpower planning and distribution of employees/workers to various functions.
- Monitoring and controlling mechanical-related control parameters.
- Day-wise Maintenance plan compliance.
- Execution of PM maintenance plan.
- Monitoring and maintenance of mechanical machine/Equipment.
- Ensuring the safety of the employees in the mechanical maintenance Dept.
- Updating Risk register and work instructions.
- To maintain all data records of breakdown & maintenance jobs & prepare MTTR & MTBF.
- Overall water management of the plant.
- Following 5S /TPM & Safety
- Performing housekeeping functions regularly
- Raising PRS, SRS, and tracking and follow-up for consumables
- Quality control clearance of incoming spares & consumable
Qualifications:
Diploma in Mech. Engg.
Minimum Experience Level: 3-8 Years
Report to: Trainee
