Job description

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• To increase the operational efficiency of the Mechanical services and reduce unscheduled downtime of the Mechanical Crusher & Stacker Section.
• Implementing & monitoring effective execution of IMS and other systems in the section for overall improvements towards productivity and creating safe work culture.
• Timely identification and rectification of operation-related problems.
• Build a Team & sustain a conducive work culture within the section to enhance the productivity of the section by involving people in growth & motivating them for implementing new technology, innovation, and creative things by way of replicating best and unique practices.
• Plan organized & Co-Ordinate the implementation of Field Operation &maintenance activities (Preventive/Predictive) in Crusher & Stacker for optimum plant availability within optimum cost to meet production targets.
• Suggestions to DEPT regarding improvements, modifications, and power-saving jobs.
• Ensure all safety standards and Ensure no Fatality/No incidents in respective shifts and Daily toolbox talk sharing of black and red corner notices to shift manpower before allotting work Maintain & strengthening shift operation Mechanical section in WCM and participating in 55 & GRT to get Platinum award
• Effective utilization of SAP and recording of all observations.
• Effective contribution plant shutdown and breakdown.

Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills:

• Good sound knowledge of Maintenance of equipment LS crusher/wobbler feeder/ apron conveyor and Stacker (circular and liner)
• Knowledge of Maintenance in material handling equipment like Apron/wobbler/ RBC/Screw conveyors & RALS
• Budgeting & Spare planning for Mechanical maintenance.
• Shutdown planning & execution
• Maintaining Safety, ISO, and WCM Standards.
• Managing skills/learning agility/Customer Focus /communication skills.

Professional Experience Description:

The focus area for the Job holder is Leading Crusher &Stacker Mechanical team to resolve Mechanical & technical issues. Assurance maintaining logs and verifying all items are correct prior to per-inspection Assisting in developing the annual and multi-year plan, ensuring that the annual plan is correctly inserted into SAP, Ensuring Crusher & Stacker Mechanical jobs (operation and maint) adhere to planned cost and timeline and tracking via SAP.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Qualification:

• BE (Mechanical) with 3-6 years of experience.
• DE Mechanical) with 4-9 years of experience.
• Nature of experience: More than 2 years of working experience in the crusher section.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mech. Engg., Bachelor Of Engineering

Minimum Experience Level:

• 3-9 Years
