Job description for The position of Mechanical Maintenance Extrusion Engineer.
- Help team in identification of the right Mechanical & Utility equipment.
- Ensure that safety practices are implemented at the site.
- Lead a team so as to complete the erection of various utilities at site .
- Timely completion of the scheduled activity while meeting all the design specifications.
- Ensure proper hand over and take over of work regions so as to have a smooth work flow.
- Meet the time and cost target of the assigned work area.
- Contribute in commissioning and running of the equipment.
- Generate a maintenance catalogue in the process.
Job specific technical skills :
- Fundamentals of Aluminium Extrusion Process
- Mechanical Maintenance Management ,
- CBM – Condition Based Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance .
- Spares Management
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics,
- Die Shop Maintenance
Qualifications: Bachelor Of Engineering
Minimum Experience Level: 2-5 Years
Report to: Manager
