Job description
- Responsible for maintenance of defective equipment returned from dahua market, and communication with customers to solve customer after-sales problems;
- Familiar with related business & process processing of customer service center;
- Based on the overseas after-sales service system strategy, formulate the skills and business process training and assessment plan for local maintenance personnel, take charge of the training and timely feedback the progress, and form a written training evaluation report;
- Investigated the training needs of the after-sales service center in the region, understood the status of staff in each post, and planned and coordinated the cross-training and assessment plans for senior staff;
- Responsible for product maintenance technical training for customers in the region, and provide technical training for customers.Establish customer maintenance training files and maintenance capacity files;
