Job description

• Any Graduate or Diploma in Material Management, or any Engineering degree.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Managing and monitoring day to day material service operations.
• Ensure Proper Receiving, GRN, MRN, Binning, Picking, Delivery are done as per timeline.
• Maintain SOP, FIFO, 5S, KPI display, Shortage/Excess Report, Pick List, Kaizen improvement activities.
• Keep production line working and no line stoppage due to material shortage or wrong delivery.
• Inventory Control – Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with SAP.
• Capable of managing a team of 30-40 persons.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Ensuring all SOPs are in place, ISO documentation on a regular basis.
