Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic and planning
- Support HOD to achieve organizational NPD launch plan
- Develop an internal Project plan in-line with NPD-Launch Plan
- Create Executable Micro-plan for NPD Projects
Functional Core-
- Responsible for checking and releasing of correct drawings for the NPD Project.
- Responsible for managing the complete prototype project by coordinating with CFT
Internal process
- NPD Stage Gate process
- Teamcenter Implementation in NPD projects
- Follow design manual guidelines as per ISO 9001/14000
People development
- Identify self-learning needs and complete activities and training as per IDP (Individual development plan)
- Contribute to development of direct reports, provide adequate exposure to team members

Educational and Experience Requirements
- BTech or BE in Mechanical engineering
- 4-7 years of experience
