Position: Executive – Production

Primary Objective

• Comply with the manufacturing schedule.
• Operate and monitor plant operations per quality and safety compliance.
• Foster a positive work environment across teams.
• Improve process efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations and Maintenance:

• Operate and maintain automated process equipment in the packaging area.
• Document hourly production and maintain records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

1. Compliance:

• Adhere to policies, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Maintain hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Deliver batches on schedule per upstream process requirements.

1. Safety and Hygiene:

• Follow EHS rules, wear PPE, and report incidents promptly.
• Lead and enforce team compliance with safety protocols.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy, water use, and waste generation.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Build healthy relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Provide feedback and solutions within the manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Production Engineering.
• Experience: 2-5 years in Dairy, Food, Pharma, or Chemical plants.
• Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of food packaging machines.
• Strong understanding of GMP.
• Proficiency in plant operations and process documentation.
