- This is a Technical Support role, reporting to the Cluster Head in Business Area – Motion located in Baroda. You will be responsible for supporting the local sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and prepare technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process.
Your responsibilities
- Understanding of customer requirement and incorporation of the same in offerings.
- Supporting to front end colleagues on requirement replacement cases technically.
- Exporting slipring motor cases support and resolving issue technically.
- Supporting global Local Sales Unit (LSU) for spares and spare motor requirement.

Your background
- A Diploma/Engineering in Electrical/ Mechanical.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales support role.
- Handling of replacement/retrofit cases of High Tension (HT) machines.
- Electrical/Mechanical design experience of HT machine.
- Must be open for travel.
- Local candidate preferred.
