This is a Production Engineer, reporting to the Production Supervisor in Business Area Electrification (EL) located in Nashik and will be responsible for ensuring the proper use of machinery, equipment and assembly lines within a production area. You will be also responsible for cooperating with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for overall shop floor activity.
- Responsible for the daily production output as per the set norms.
- Responsible for the Quality output of the process.
- Responsible for the Safety, 5S and continues improvement on the manufacturing line.
- Good interpersonal skills and team working for working cross functionally to achieve team goals.
Your background
- Diploma in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience shop floor production activities.
- Excellence in sports will be preferred.
- Good oral communication & writing skills in english.
