Job description

The Executive-Production will play a crucial role in overseeing daily production schedules, monitoring various production lines, and maintaining the smooth operation of machinery. They will be responsible for implementing safety standards, training staff, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute production schedules, ensuring alignment with dispatch plans.
• Monitor and manage bottling, canning, PET, and glass production lines.
• Ensure the efficient operation of filling, labeling, and packaging machines.
• Control critical process parameters, including temperature, pressure, and carbonation levels.
• Minimize production downtime by coordinating with the maintenance team.
• Adhere to and enforce GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards throughout production.
• Optimize raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift documentation.
• Train and supervise operators and line workers, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
• Proven experience in beverage manufacturing, with a strong understanding of carbonation processes and syrup preparation.
• Basic knowledge of PLC and automation systems is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide the production team.
• Effective communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with other departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control practices.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• A proactive and innovative mindset to drive process improvements and enhance productivity.
