Position: Trainee Production (Packaging dept)

Location: Kanpur (Rania), Uttar Pradesh

Experience Required: Fresher (01 year); candidates with internship or project experience preferred

Job Description:

Astral Limited is hiring Trainee Production (Packaging) for its packaging unit in Kanpur (Rania). This role is ideal for fresh diploma or engineering graduates who are looking to start their career in packaging operations and gain practical experience in production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily packaging operations under supervision.
• Learn to operate packaging machinery such as filling, sealing, labeling, and wrapping units.
• Support shift operations and follow safety and quality protocols.
• Help maintain packaging records and documentation.
• Participate in training programs on 5S, GMP, and EHS practices.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Basic understanding of packaging processes and safety practices.
• Willingness to learn and work in a shift-based environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and discipline in following SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Packaging Technology, or Industrial Engineering.
