Job Description
Scope of Work: Full vehicle crash simulations &/Durability loadcase simulations
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s/ master’s in mechanical/ Automobile/ Industrial Engineering
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering.
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Meshing, Module build for Crash &/ Durability, High speed crash analysis &/ Durability analysis
- Strong understanding of BiW manufacturing processes such as stamping, spot welding, Assembly, Material models and Physics of Crash &/Durability
- Proficiency in ANSA as preprocessor, LSDyna for Crash loadcase &/ Abacus for Durability evaluation, Animator/Hyperworks for postprocessing
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work and deliver the FE model set up to load the case Analysis report independently or with minimal support.
