Job Title: Production Executive – Amli Factory, Silvassa
Location: Amli, Silvassa – Manufacturing Unit
Reporting to: Production Manager / Factory Manager

Role Purpose
To ensure efficient, safe, and quality-driven production operations at the Amli Factory. The Production Executive will be responsible for managing daily manufacturing activities, driving performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with Unilever’s operational excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production processes for assigned lines or units
- Ensure adherence to daily production plans, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for timely interventions
- Lead shift operations, including manpower deployment and shopfloor discipline
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and material usage
- Drive root cause analysis for deviations and implement corrective actions
- Support TPM, WCM, and other continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Planning) for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with Unilever’s SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) and GMP standards
- Train and engage operators to build capability and ownership on the shopfloor
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
- 3-9 years of experience in FMCG / food/beverages / chemical manufacturing
- Exposure to automated production lines and lean manufacturing practices is preferred.
