Job Title: Assistant Engineer (AVPL_AELECPL_MFG_MCL_AE)

Job Description:
Responsible for cell maintenance in Wet Chemistry, Thermal & Metallization clusters. The role requires hands-on support in engineering tools, maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, cleaning, and setup operations, with documentation and report generation as per departmental requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attending to shift breakdowns.
- Following the Route Check schedule and generating corresponding reports.
- Filling the WHY-WHY analysis reports for every failure occurrence.
- Applying comprehensive repair knowledge of solenoid valves, drives, and other electrical components, such as vision system cameras and patch cords.
- Responsible for performing route checks and reporting any abnormalities observed.
- Supporting setup and size change activities on engineering tools.
- Responsible for cleaning engineering devices such as baths and tubes.
- Maintaining 5S standards within the department and area.
Additional Skills:
- Strong knowledge in electronics, automation and PM (Preventive Maintenance) activities.
- Basic knowledge of AC/DC concepts, SMPS, and proximity sensors, including inductive and capacitive types.
- Understanding of vacuum technology, solenoid valve/coil mechanisms, AC/servo motors, cylinders, and vacuum pump servicing.
- Familiarity with pneumatic systems, PLC and PLC programming, drive configuration, and Ethernet communication.
- Capable of performing belt alignment, scrubber unit cleaning procedures, robot teaching and lubrication, IR lamp replacement, and thermocouple rod replacement.
- Responsible for entering breakdown details into the SAP system.
Qualification & Certification Required:
- B. Tech Degree: 0-2 years of experience
- Diploma: 0-15 years of experience
- ITI: 0-15 years of experience
