Position – Mechanical Engineer

Job description
Main responsibilities :
- Work with process equipment (Valves, Instruments, Static & rotary equipment)
- Selecting equipment based on specifications defined in supplier documents
- Create / Modify / Approve items & bill of material into Teamcenter by referring to P&IDs
- Involved in the change notice approval process & revision control
- Support in product standardization & engineering documentation
- Support in component Purchasing once selected by the engineering team
- Coordination with the cross-functional engineering & procurement team
- SPOC for the assigned project and handle it independently
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have the following :
- Mechanical engineer with 3-5 years of experience
- Experience with Teamcenter PLM
- Experience from the maritime, Oil & Gas, and/or process engineering industry is preferable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
- Ability to cooperate with people from a multinational team with different cultures
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent English language, both verbally and in writing
- Systematic, structured, and Self-motivated with the ability to work and make decisions under pressure and stay organized
