Project Management & Engineering – Oversee project workflow, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence cGMP & Validation Compliance – Exposure to VMP, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ processes Regulatory Change Management – Ensure smooth transitions in compliance with regulatory standards Risk Analysis & HAZOP Study – Identify and mitigate potential hazards Vendor & Cost Evaluation – Conduct technical assessments and control expenditures Pharma Process Knowledge – Apply expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes Process Automation & Control – Design and implement manufacturing & safety system automation Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills – Architect simple, scalable, and well-documented programs
