| PURPOSE OF POSITION | Provide all kind of CAD Engineering support to all the Product Engineering groups and Tooling Engineering groups across the globe by Creating & Updating the 3D models and the 2D drawings in NX. Creating the ER/CO to release the documents in ECTR/Team Center. Support TC testing and reporting the issues. | ||
| SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES | |||
| Supporting on all the existing CAD projects in 3D (PDM, PSM, TDM) creation and 2D (PDD, PSD, TDD) creation as per the requirement. Support on the Migration Project (NX-ECTR to NX-TC) | |||
| Supporting on the Customer Model creation project for all the Divisions. | |||
| Supporting the Business testing team on the TC testing and reporting the Jira Issues | |||
| Supporting all the internal customers in providing all kind of CAD Engineering services as per Customer requirements. | |||
| Understand the customer requirement and should be able to record the VOC. | |||
| Good Knowledge on the CAD tool (NX) and PLM system (Team center) | |||
| Support on Legacy conversion of 2D data to 3D Model | |||
| Consistency in maintaining the Quality and delivery of outputs by meeting the customers ECD’s | |||
| Reporting issues & problems in the project to the Team Lead/Supervisor, Working with the requester on solving the issue. | |||
| Participating in formal and informal project meetings | |||
| Maintain proficiency in the area of technical expertise and transfer knowledge throughout the group | |||

| JOB SPECIFICATION | |||
| Qualification | : | Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Production/Industrial Management) OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering | |
| Other Technical/ | |||
| Professional Qualification : | CAD software NX / Team Center | ||
| Experience | : | BE with minimum 2+ years experience OR Diploma with 4+ years experience | |
| Skill Sets & Competencies : | |||
| 1. Advance Knowledge of NX Cad Tool (Layer concepts, Copy Goemetry) | |||
| 2. Good Knowledge on PLM software’s ECTR/Team Center | |||
| 3. Good Knowledge on Product manufacturing and tooling specification. | |||
| 4. Good Knowledge on drawing reading | |||
| 5. Very Good 3D Model creation skill. | |||
| 6. Good verbal & written communication skills. | |||
| 7. Proficiency in Desktop tools like MS-Word, MS-Excel & Presentation. | |||
| 8. Additional knowledge on any other CAD tools (Pro-E Wildfire OR CreO 1.0, 2.0) | |||
| 9. Good Product development knowledge. | |||
| 10. Very Good Knowledge on GD&T | |||
| 11. Basic Knowledge on Tolerance Analysis | |||
| Special Skills | NX Advance , Expression based 3D model creation, Part Family modeling and Sheet metal modeling | ||
